AM Lien Solutions is the leading California provider of lien resolution services. We offer a broad range of services including Lien and Litigation Management, Defense of 5811 Petitions, Specialized Bill Review, Medical Legal Dispute Resolution, Walk Through Lien Services, Medical Legal Record Review Preparation, Provider Fraud and Abuse Detection, and Continuing Education (CEU Training and Seminars). We serve Insurance Carriers, Third Party Administrators, Private Employers, and Public Entities.

Our resolutions leverage defensible closures in real time keeping our clients informed and mitigating litigation exposure.
Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume caseload of which can include Lien files, Walk Thu's, and Contribution Issues.
- Preparing, drafting, obtaining, and filing legal documents and pleadings
- Performing research relevant to each request for workers' compensation case
- Communicating with relevant parties involved in a case
- Attending all case related hearings and negotiating settlements
- Preparing a proposal to resolve each lien/case
- Maintaining case notes
- Traveling to assigned Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) locations
- Entering billing notes according to different client specifications
- Hitting your required billable hours
- Represent AM Lien Solutions and our clients with respect and integrity
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Hearing Representative related to liens and walk throughs; Experience required to be in CA Workers’ Compensation Defense
- Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation law
- General understanding of the workers’ compensation system including EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process
- Highly motivated, results driven, high energy and a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to observe details on a computer or other electronic screens.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision
- Client focused, with the commitment to outstanding customer service and the ability to deliver results
- Lien Trial experience preferred
- Ability to handle adversarial litigation environments
