Summary/Objective
Reporting to Operations, the Superintendent coordinates and supervises the lining process from the conceptual development stage, through final construction. The Superintendent ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.

This position reports to the Operations and Project Manager to ensure the job is completed efficiently.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently outside the field working from their vehicle as a mobile office. There will be some office work required but will normally happen at a hotel. The individual will be visiting Job sites, Pre-Bid meetings, and walking the job sites to guarantee all the correct materials will be used.

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt-level position. Core days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Will require travel and overnights. On-call for after-hour emergencies.

Essential Functions
The essential functions of the Superintendent include, but are not limited to:
- Engage in open communication with Operations, Project Managers, and upper management and report any issues which could affect project plans
- Have knowledge of lining methods, lining equipment, materials and industry requirements
- Organize and coordinate the daily activities of all crew members to include timesheets, hotels, and scheduling
- Coordinate with subcontractors to set up any needs
- Communicate with residents, inspectors, and other points of contact for each project
- Ensure all required documents are turned in complete for deliverables so we can invoice jobs correctly
- Ensure compliance with all company safety rules/procedures (to include setting out cones/signs/barriers etc.)
- Maintain accurate records for all purchases with company provided credit cards/accounts
- Understand the complete lining process and be able to fill in where needed

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction project management (CIPP) preferred
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- Class B CDL is required
- Approved background check required
- Maintain a DOT physical
