Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Shop Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Stick, Tig and MIG pipe and structural metal welding, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings. This is a full-time position working primarily in our fabrication shop.

Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks using Stick, TIG, and/or MIG techniques
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures, steel pipes and components per specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other shop tools as needed
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of welding experience (shop environment preferred)
- Proficient with various welding techniques (Stick, TIG, MIG)
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
- Welding certification(s) a plus but not required
All successful candidates must have a valid driver's license and complete a criminal background check.
