Position: Retail Sales Representative Part-time/Full-time
Pay: Hourly Commission ($20 per hour)
AM PCS, Inc is an Authorized Retailer for Metro by T-Mobile. We first opened our doors in 2013 and we are expanding to all states in the US! We are looking for team members who can shine through customer engagement and use active listening, problem solving skills, and sales techniques (that we teach) to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas. Retail Sales Representative
As a RSR, you will play a key role in managing the general stores operations; from receiving inventory, keeping accessories stocked on walls, keeping store up-to-date with merchandising, and ensuring store cleanliness. Through our online training program, one on one training and daily coaching, you will receive the skills and knowledge you need to successfully reach your goals, provide excellent customer service as you provide product recommendations.

- Online training courses completed on time to keep up with promotions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Qualifications:
- Background check required
- Punctual and reliable team players with a strong work ethic
- Ability to build relationships with customers and the community
- Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus
- Quick learning skills to keep up with constant promotional changes
