Production Worker to join our team. As a production worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the manufacturing process. You will ensure that all products meet quality standards and production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain machinery and tools used in the production process.
• Material Handling: Load and unload materials, and transport them to the required production areas.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Documentation: Record production data and maintain accurate logs of work performed.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a foundry or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them strictly.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 pounds].
• Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
