What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at AM Realty LLC?
Seeking a detailed oriented, dedicated and loyal team player! Our organization is a growing business looking for professional property managers looking to get into a non-corporate environment but still be able to grow into management, sales positions and more. Having a real estate license is great but not required. If you are able to jump in, learn fast and like your days to FLY by, this is the place for you.
Knowledge of how to operate Appfolio is a MUST.
The culture of our small office is important. We arent just looking for someone to take the position but also be part of our team. This position is mostly onsite at properties we manage. We have in house leasing offices all over town and ones time would be split between various offices or depending on skill level could be only designated for one office.
Residential and multifamily property management is what we specalize in.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
