What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Maintenance Technician position at AM Realty?
We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to help with the day to day upkeep of 1 apartment complex in the Greenville, SC area. This position requires a self motivated and experienced individual that will be able to handle a variety of tasks on a day to day basis to help improve the overall quality of the properties under management. Our ideal candidate will have experience in renovation work as well as technical knowledge and physical stamina to handle some of the more difficult tasks that could be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs such as repairing drywall, installation of light fixtures, changing locks.
- Painting
- Turning apartments
- Keep up with current tenant's maintenance requests
- Install appliances or troubleshooting repairs of appliances
- Light grounds pick up
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues and work orders
- Pick up supplies, handle supply closets and create inventory lists
- Report to community manager and communicate issues outstanding resolved and in progress
- Sort local vendors for larger projects
- Collaborate with team members on renovation work and improvements needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
