Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Guest Experience Manager with a strong background in high-end hospitality and concierge services to oversee all aspects of guest relations across our Jackson Hole vacation rentals. This role is ideal for an individual with a luxury service mindset, a deep understanding of exclusive travel experiences, and a talent for building relationships that “wow” both guests and our team. The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for crafting tailored, personalized experiences that capture the unique charm and luxury of Jackson Hole. 

Responsibilities: 

• Guest Relations & Concierge Services: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering personalized, extraordinary level service from initial contact through post-departure follow-up. 
• Tailored Experience Coordination: Work with the House Manager to set up customized, luxury experiences for guests, including private chefs, in-home massages, private yoga sessions, and personal training. 
• Exclusive Outdoor Adventure Arrangements: Coordinate and customize outdoor activities like guided tours, scenic float trips, skiing packages, and private hiking excursions to showcase the beauty of Jackson Hole. 
• Local Partnerships & Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with local high-end vendors to provide unique experiences and amenities, such as private dining reservations, elite tour guides, and exclusive local event access. 
• Special Occasion & Event Planning: Assist guests with personalized event planning for birthdays, anniversaries, or other celebrations, organizing special touches like local musicians, photographers, florists, and custom decor. Offer local expertise to guests, including restaurant recommendations, activity suggestions, and other concierge services to enhance the guest experience. 
• Guest Profile Management: Track guest preferences, special requests, and feedback to continuously improve service and create tailored experiences for repeat guests. 
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and property director to establish the best approach for retention. 
• Property Readiness Coordination: Collaborate with the House Manager to ensure properties are pristine, well-stocked, and prepared to meet the highest standards of luxury for every guest’s arrival. 
• Local Expertise & Recommendations: Provide expert recommendations for dining, shopping, and activities, ensuring guests experience Jackson Hole’s most exclusive and sought-after offerings. 

Qualifications: 

• 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services, with a strong understanding of high-end guest expectations. 
• Proven expertise in managing exclusive, high-touch guest experiences, preferably with a background in luxury vacation rentals or resort environments. 
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to build rapport and exceed guest expectations. 
• Knowledgeable about Jackson Hole and surrounding areas, including exclusive venues, services, and cultural experiences. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to providing unmatched levels of service.
