AM Specialty Insurance Group is actively seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Distribution Analyst to join our team in March 2025. This is an exciting in-person role within our marketing and distribution department. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Distribution, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both marketing initiatives and insurance distribution efforts, helping to enhance our brand, drive business growth, and support underwriting in identifying and accessing new business opportunities.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing & Distribution Analyst who will support both marketing and business development efforts across a range of initiatives. This includes graphic design, brand development, social media management, and direct support for distribution activities. The role will involve close collaboration with underwriters, executives, and external partners to execute impactful marketing strategies and support the company’s growth objectives.
This is a fully in-person role (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM) based in Dallas, TX.
Major Responsibilities
· Design and develop high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Create and manage branded content on social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn.
· Develop marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools.
· Support website content development and management using Wix.
· Coordinate and execute ad campaigns, press releases, and email correspondence.
· Collaborate with executives to support speaking engagements, sponsorships, and event logistics.
· Write and manage newsletters, ensuring consistency in brand voice.
· Facilitate, join, and contribute to business development meetings with new and existing partners.
· Support underwriting by identifying new business opportunities and contributing to distribution strategies.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business development efforts.
· Assist in SEO optimization and online visibility strategies.
· Secure press coverage and draft award applications.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align on strategic goals.
· Support the development and implementation of new marketing and distribution initiatives.
Qualifications
· Undergraduate degree required; a degree in Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
· 0–2 years of relevant work experience (no work experience required, but internships in marketing, finance, or insurance are a plus).
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
· Familiarity with LinkedIn and Canva (willingness to learn various software such as Adobe Photoshop, Wix, and video editing tools).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in insurance distribution and business development.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High energy, proactive, self-starter with a flexible approach to work.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a collaborative setting.
· Demonstrated interest in financial services, insurance, or specialty markets is a plus.
