AM is looking for organized and driven Engineering Coordinators to join our semiconductor project in Boise, ID! You will be responsible for daily functions including assisting project managers and teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. They organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time. Assist engineering and construction departments with project tracking, project scheduling, and project reporting.
Engineering Coordinator should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities, they should be able to work closely with project coordinators to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, and timeframes for projects. engineering coordinators perform various coordinating duties such as scheduling and risk management:

- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements, if necessary
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
- Assist Project Manager plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
- Help coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project memos, meeting minutes and emails
- Assist Project Coordinators with communicating with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Assist project coordinator with the implementation of cost-saving measures
- 2 to 4 years demonstrated coordination skills.
- Accuracy, integrity, excellent organizational skills
- Strong written/oral communication skills.
- Experience with High Volume Semiconductor Manufacturing, Biotechnology, Photovoltaic, Nanotechnology, Cleanroom and Engineering terminology preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, organization and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to communicate complex analysis in a succinct and actionable manner
- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate efforts across a variety of groups
- Demonstrated ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teams; demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, follow complex procedures, and work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, propose, and implement effective plans to improve overall efficiency
- Strong partnering, negotiation, and team-working skills with team members from different disciplines
- Follows all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations including PPE, CoHE (lockout /tagout) and chemical safety
