About the Role
This is a highly specialized position that requires a deep understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in various industries, including high-tech and semiconductor.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience supporting construction and industrial environments, with a strong background in structural analysis, design, and modeling.
Key responsibilities include conducting structural analysis and design of concrete and steel structures, creating justifying structural calculations, and providing input to the design pertaining to tool weights, floor specifications, and other tool-specific data.
The successful candidate will be able to think independently, make technical assumptions, and draw conclusions based on engineering judgment.
Requirements
- P.E. License preferred, NCEES record a plus
- Working knowledge of structural modeling programs (STADD, GT Strudl, etc.)
- Experience with AutoCAD, Microstation, and/or Revit preferred
- Design experience building high-tech infrastructure, industrial, or operational facilities (semiconductor, solar, battery, etc.)
- Working knowledge of US building codes and structural design standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and/or evidence of exceptional experience
