We are looking for energized and driven Commissioning (Cx) Techs to join our team in Austin, TX!
Commissioning Lead responsibilities include overseeing the commissioning of base build systems and managing a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The commissioning lead utilizes paperless, and traceable commissioning system. With extensive experience in quality, commissioning, and turnover processes, they bring a strategic and hands-on approach to complex engineering projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive commissioning plan.
Overall leadership and management of the commissioning team and process.
Coordinate activities among various team members and stakeholders.
Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of commissioning activities.
Interface with the project team Including GC and other stakeholders.
Responsible for interruption mitigation and risk assessment
Process Mechanical - Ultra-pure Water (UPW) Commissioning responsibilities include coordinating resources, collaborating with contractors, and supporting commissioning processes. Process Mechanical oversees commissioning activities related to process equipment and systems and collaborates with engineering teams, conducts testing and verification of process mechanical components, and troubleshoots issues during the commissioning phase.

Electrical responsibilities include supervising commissioning activities related to electrical systems, conducting testing and verification of electrical components and systems, collaborating with the electrical engineering team, ensuring the proper functioning of electrical equipment, and developing and executing electrical commissioning procedures.

I C (Instrumentation and Control) responsibilities include testing and calibrating instrumentation devices, verifying the functionality of control systems, collaborating with I C teams, and documenting and reporting on instrumentation and control commissioning progress.

Oversee commissioning activities related to instrumentation and control systems.
Test and calibrate instrumentation devices.
Verify the functionality of control systems.

Responsible for interruption mitigation and risk assessment
PSSS/Bulk Gas /Chemical responsibilities include reviewing and verifying the design and installation of the PSSS system, Bulk gases and Bulk Chemical Delivery (BCD) systems, overseeing functional testing, integration testing, and documentation. Additionally, they manage bulk gas system commissioning responsibilities and common responsibilities like training, hazard analysis, and handover.
Roles and Responsibilities
Review and verify the design and installation of the PSSS, Bulk Gases and BCD Chemical
systems.
Oversee functional testing of individual components and the overall PSSS.
Ensure proper integration with other control and safety systems.
Review and validate all documentation related to the PSSS.
