Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts by conducting thorough requirements analysis and gathering essential information to ensure project success. This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Position is on site supporting the US Coast Guard.
Prefer someone with experience supporting Coast Guard program for credentialling - specifically Military to Mariner credentialing
PMP preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis to identify project needs and objectives.
- Gather, document, and manage credentialing projects
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Manage conflicts effectively, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Present findings and updates to project teams and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the implementation of best practices in project management methodologies.
Experience
- US Coast Guard and or Military to Mariner experience in credentialing programs
- PMP preferred
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis within a project environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Trello or VersionOne is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong conflict management abilities to navigate challenges within teams.
- Effective presentation skills to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
