Project Manager-RIM
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the RIM Support Services contract, ensuring alignment with CBP’s records management objectives. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Records and Information Management (RIM) Support Services contract.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with CBP's RIM objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor performance, track deliverables, and provide regular progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal records management policies and regulations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field.
- 7 years of project management experience, preferably in records management or government contracting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience supporting federal agencies in a records management/document management environment/team.
- PMP certification.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Public Trust clearance at this location.
