We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Barista to join our team at a charming Northern Italian Caffè. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, following our precise recipes and maintaining consistency in quality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering personalized recommendations, and fostering a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
- Memorize and execute beverage recipes accurately, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
- Multitask effectively: serve guests, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure timely beverage delivery during busy periods.
- Cultivate positive relationships with the local community and contribute to our caffè’s role as a welcoming neighborhood hub.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, managing your time and responsibilities to handle busy shifts with poise and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, with a strong background as both a Barista and a Server.
- Passion for exceptional coffee and genuine customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a keen sense of when to prioritize tasks.
