What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender and Server position at AMA?
We are a NEW Basque Inspired, European Style Tapas Restaurant with a rooftop bar. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, hardworking individuals who are able to work as a team.
Bartender:
Minimum 5 years of experience. Craft and compose cocktails, beer, and wine with attention to detail. Prepare the bar for service by restocking/replenishing bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Be a true team player and support other FOH members. Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem solving skills
Server:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience. Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials and beverages. Assist team members as needed to maintain a smooth and seamless service flow. Perform opening and closing side work as assigned by the management team. Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns professionally and efficiently. Skilled at reading the table and can anticipate your guests needs.

Pay: From $15.95 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
