Job description
The Compliance Assurance Auditor is responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound calls to report the quality, compliance and performance of Medicare call center agents as it pertains to CMS Medicare Communications, Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures. The individual will assist in implementing call center quality process and procedures, as well as making recommendations for enhancements to training materials as needed to support the overall auditing process.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Participates in daily call monitoring, reporting deficiencies to call center supervisors and the Manager of Compliance.
· Assists in the tracking of trends and provides call and trend data to the management team.
· Provides support to various internal management groups as needed.
· Assists in the maintenance of internal quality reports for management and staff review.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skill Set & Qualifications
· Prior Medicare experience preferred.
· Critical thinking and analytical background a plus.
· Collaborative and self-driven
· Detail oriented, analytical
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
