- Champion the rollout and refinement of the Amaco Quality System. Create and enforce standards, work instructions, and training programs.
- Address and resolve personnel issues through negotiation and issue-solving strategies.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication to align with organizational goals and directives set by the Quality Manager.
- Maintain accurate NAV inventory records and guarantee efficient scrap management.
- Apply methodologies like TWI to enforce consistency in work processes.
- Lead Kaizen and A3 initiatives, ensuring informative reporting during virtual Gemba.
- Conduct systematic safety audits and accident reviews as situations arise.
- Oversee Layered Process Audits to maintain departmental standards.
- Manage attendance and monitor staffing schedules while handling payroll approvals.
- Facilitate performance reviews to assess staff proficiency.
