Marketing and Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Marketing Representative to join Amada Senior Care! In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our services, engaging potential clients, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. This territory will include Boulder, Superior, Lafayette, Westminster, and Golden. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct sales and customer relationships. This position is full time, healthcare benefits available, commissions, and yearly bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients.
• Manage territory sales by developing relationships with existing clients and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development.

Experience

• Proven experience in direct sales is required.
• Familiarity with territory management techniques is essential.
• Strong skills in cold calling, negotiating, and upselling are highly desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zoho or similar CRM software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective client interactions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
