Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in their home. This role requires a blend of emotional support, assistance with activities of daily living and promoting their overall well-being while ensuring a safe environment.
Hours and Availability:
- Flexible Availability is REQUIRED
- 12 HOUR SHIFTS; 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. AVAILABILITY PREFERRED

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with ADLs: This includes bathing, dressing and personal hygiene needs.
- Provide Companionship: Offer emotional support, promote social interaction and engage in activities in order to enhance the well-being and quality of life of our seniors.
- Be Vigilant: Monitor and record any changes; reported to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Light Housekeeping: This includes keeping clients' areas clean and laundry.
- Medication Reminders: Remind clients to take prescribed medications in a timely manner.
- Mobility Assistance: Aid seniors with walking, positioning and transferring residents safely.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- 18 Years of Age or Older
- 1 Years experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health or long-term care is REQUIRED.
- Gait Belt experience is a plus, but we will train!
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach towards working with seniors.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with seniors, their families, and healthcare professionals.
