Amada Senior Care North Tampa is a non-medical in-home care company that is currently seeking experienced, compassionate, and dedicated caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate has homecare experience and the ability to work with a diverse population, with a variety of needs. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or in a hospital, nursing home or assisted living facility is needed.

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:
· Access to mobile smartphone (preferred)
· Level II background check
· Reliable Transportation
· 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or in a hospital, nursing home or assisted living facility
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide compassionate, non-medical care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Supervise and manage daily operations of care services, including scheduling and staff oversight.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with resident's rights and regulations in home and community care settings.
