If this sounds like you, please send us your resume. We are seeking new and experienced CNA's/HHA's/Care Companions to service our senior clients at home or in facilities. We vet all new clients before we send any caregivers to any location. Working in a safe environment is a must! Finding the right fit for caregivers and clients is like a match-making game. We always want our caregivers and clients to be happy, safe, and comfortable! Unlike many agencies we hire you as an Employee NOT a contractor. New hires can start taking shifts as soon as the next day after completing orientation and training. Must be able to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Experience is not required. We will train the right person! We can train you to become a HHA at our office as well as training with a Hoyer lift and gait belt. We are looking for Caregivers, Home Health Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants for the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Medication reminders
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Monitor patients and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Meal preparation and planning
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
• Assist with shopping or errands

Skills

• Experience working as a HHA/CNA or Care Companion
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Caring, supportive, and compassionate personality
• Eager to learn and improve new skills
• HHA or CNA certification

AHCA Requirements (NON Negotiable)

• **CPR or BLS certificate**
• **Valid driver’s license**
• **Reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance**
• **Level 2 Background screen**
• **Alzheimer/Dementia and HIV/AIDS training (FREE CEU classes if hired)**
