Non-Medical Caregiver

Job Title: Non-Medical Caregiver (2nd Shift)
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Rotating Weekends Required

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Non-Medical Caregiver to provide high-quality support to multiple clients in a single independent living facility. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, offering companionship, and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being during the second shift. Strong attendance and reliability are critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care and supervision to clients in an independent living setting
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, mobility, and hygiene
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and social interaction
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
• Document daily care and report any changes in client condition to appropriate staff
• Collaborate with facility staff to support client needs
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold client dignity and respect at all times
• Work scheduled 2nd shift hours and rotating weekends as assigned
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience (required)
• Ability to care for multiple clients efficiently and with empathy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to pass background check and meet health/safety requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
