Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals following dietary restrictions
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document patient observations and care provided
- Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality standards including HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, home care, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology
- CPR certification is a plus
- Familiarity with medical records systems is advantageous
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
-Able and willing to drive within a 20-mile radius of home address.
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
