Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to seniors. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.
Duties:
- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with various of disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Medication Reminder's as directed by healthcare professionals
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients at all times
- Assist with meal preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper client care
- Lift and transfer residents using proper body mechanics and assistive devices as needed
- Adhere to client rights and promote independence and dignity
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with various of disabilities is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as transferring client
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond in emergency situations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Urgent need to fill scheduled hours: 2 hours a day, 5 days a week.
