AMADA Senior Care is looking for a caring and compassionate Outside Sales and Marketing Representative to become a part of our team and join our mission to enrich the lives of our clients, their families, our staff and the senior community in which we serve.

The self-starter individual we seek exerts excellent relationship management skills and swiftly adapts to the ever-changing senior care industry.
Compensation Highlights
- Salary - starting at $65,000 annually
- Uncapped commission - industry leading straight percentage kicker bonuses
- Company Car (or optional mileage reimbursement)
Responsibilities
- Market to new and established referral sources and effectively design and execute a 5-day call cycle within a specified geographical area.
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to educate them on our services and sign them up as clients to be serviced by AMADA.
- Daily follow-up on all active and pending inquiries.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the senior care space and attend community-based events.
- Conduct all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the company.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with various people and organizations.
- Submit KPI report weekly and log all calls into CRM daily.
- Support AMADA’s Mission Statement and Core Values.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Proven track record of relationship-based selling, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry (2 years of experience preferred).
- Strong account management skills with a focus on client relationship building.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred - sales/marketing or related business field a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.
- Initiative to work independently. Self-confident, self-motivated and goal oriented. Has a competitive spirit!
- Strong technology skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, mapping software, smartphone, etc.).
- Ability to adjust daily schedule, as responsibilities may dictate.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record.
