As our HR & Compliance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our caregivers receive timely, accurate payroll, that HR policies remain compliant, and that essential administrative tasks are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Review and double-check payroll for accuracy (data is already in the system; requires verification and minor manual updates).
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and compliance documents to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Track and document completed caregiver trainings, ensuring proper pay adjustments are applied.
- Assist with VA authorizations and billing checklists to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
- Ensure all HR-related paperwork, onboarding documents, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage employee benefits administration and answer general HR-related inquiries.
- Work closely with leadership to keep HR processes smooth and compliant.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong organizational skills & attention to detail – accuracy is key in payroll, compliance, and documentation.
✅ Experience handling confidential information – HR, healthcare administration, billing, or office management experience is a plus.
✅ Ability to track compliance-related requirements – including caregiver trainings, benefits administration, and VA authorizations.
✅ Comfortable working with payroll systems – experience with ADP, Paychex, or similar systems is helpful but not required.
✅ Mission-driven – understanding or experience in home care, senior care, or healthcare is preferred.
