LEAD CAREGIVER NEEDED! Weekly pay! Company Car! Paid Time Off! Increased Pay Rate!

Amada Senior Care is a non-medical in-home care company that services Nashville, Murfreesboro, and surrounding cities in the Middle TN area. We have an immediate need for an experienced "On-Call/Lead" Caregiver or CNA. The ideal candidate will need to be able to accept shifts on short notice to any of our senior clients in the Middle Tennessee territory. Must be available to pick up shifts anywhere between 7a-10p 5 days per week. Candidate must have experience with dementia and caring for the elderly, must have excellent communication, be compassionate with high energy, be a team player, and be very flexible with scheduling.

You will be provided a company car with gas cards for fueling, Paid Time Off will immediately begin to accumulate upon hire equaling up to 80 hours of paid time off per year. Must be available every other weekend for "On-Call" purposes. Candidate will be able to choose which set two days a week you would like off. This On-Call position is guaranteed 40 hours of pay each week. 90-day probationary period applies.

CNA certification a plus, but not a requirement.

Tasks typically include:

· Companionship and conversation

· Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, companionship & grooming)

· Light Housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.). Does not exceed 20% of your shift.

· Transportation of clients to appointments, shopping, or other activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

· A caring heart

· Ability to pass a criminal background check (No Felonies, No Abuse, No Theft)

· Must have/obtain a TB Test within two weeks of hire

· Valid TN Driver's License and Social Security Card

· Up-to-Date Proof of Auto Insurance

· Good driving record

· Experience and confidence assisting with transfers and ambulation

· Ability to be compassionate

· Must have *a positive attitude*

· Must have a Smart Phone

· Stellar attendance is a MUST
