Daily Responsibilities
Assist with answering calls that come into the office
Does exceptions (timecards) daily to fill in holes. Exceptions should be done first thing in the morning and kept up daily.
Assist with Caregiver candidate screens and interviews.
Schedule (clients) confirm schedules by personally calling them.
Staff (caregivers) & confirm schedules by calling them.
Enter notes into database regarding issues and or updates in client or caregivers files, or both
Work closely with Scheduler, Recruiter/Manager.
Enters & records information for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Weekly Responsibilities
Rotating on call (evenings and weekends) responsibilities
Come to weekly staff meeting prepared to discuss Caregiver issues or concerns, Client issues or concerns, Staffing needs/concerns/challenges, Report Card and Clean up caregiver census (weekly)
Reach out to caregivers to get most recent availability, document and enter into database.
Put caregivers in-active include all notes and documents to support notes.
Update notes into database that you are behind on.
Coordinate & Assist with setting appointments for Customer Service visits
Monthly Responsibilities
Report to Office Manager who would be the best candidate for employee recognition programs.
Collecting current Driver license information, Car Insurance and Updated certifications.
Keep track of your Client Roster
