Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented On Call Scheduling Coordinator to join our home care team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client support, staff scheduling, and senior home care. As an On Call Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating caregiver schedules on evenings and weekends, answering client questions or requests, and assisting the main office with day to day duties. This position has a REQUIREMENT to also provide seniors with direct one on one support if it is needed.
Duties:
- Maintain weekend caregiver schedules.
- Answering On Call After Hours phone.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Provide direct care to seniors in their homes as needed.
Experience:
- 3 years or more experience working as a caregiver, CNA, PCA, or more
-Familiar with administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling, and taking service requests.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software such as wellsky or clear care
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work Friday evenings through Monday Morning
