Responsibilities
Demonstrate effective communication, lead by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in the following areas:
- Answer all incoming phone calls professionally and route to appropriate department/individual
- Assist with recruiting, screening and hiring caregiving staff
- Assist agency applicants with the application and hiring process
- Provide back up client coverage, as needed
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with agency policy and state regulations
- Assist with the referral/intake process for prospective clients needing care or other Amada services
- Promote effective Home Care services in compliance with agency philosophy, policies, and procedures and in accordance with state licensing laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
- Passion for working with Seniors
- Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility and ability to deal with high volume / high demand workload
- Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English
- Demonstrate effective telephone skills/etiquette with clients, caregivers, applicants, and vendors
- Proficient in the use of computers and technology
- Basic data entry to notate/document all calls
- Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in HR front office or recruitment is highly preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:
- HR Front Desk/Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front Office/Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
