Position Overview : Amada Senior Care is seeking a dedicated and organized Scheduler / Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and be able to assist in finding coverage for caregiving shifts, while also covering shifts as needed. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
Fill in as a caregiver when necessary to maintain service continuity.
Input and manage data in our scheduling system.
Assist with caregiving evaluations and monitoring caregiver performance.
Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients regarding scheduling and care needs.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Qualifications :
Current CNA certification.
Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
