Job Description:

Role Overview: As an Oracle CRM Developer, you will be an integral part of our client's development team, working towards proficiency in product and process development. Under the guidance of senior professionals, you'll contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of client's Oracle CRM systems. This role reports to a Manager or Senior Manager, with potential interaction with senior individual contributors based on business requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical, Software, or Electrical Engineering) is required, with 3-5 years of related experience; or a Master's degree in the field.
• Candidates with degrees in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, Biology, or Chemistry from recognized engineering schools will also be considered if they demonstrate sufficient engineering knowledge.

Role Snapshot: As an Oracle CRM Developer, you'll leverage your technical expertise to develop and support projects within our client's CRM ecosystem. Collaboration with the user community and Business Process Reengineering team will be crucial as you contribute to maintaining and enhancing client's technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, modify, and maintain programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in database design and the creation of stored procedures in Oracle and SQL environments.
• Investigate and resolve application functionality issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay abreast of the latest technical developments to support team objectives effectively.
• Consult with internal stakeholders on complex projects, offering technical insights and solutions.
• Actively participate in code review and solution design sessions to ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage multiple projects or assigned tasks concurrently to meet deadlines effectively.

Certification(s) & License(s):

• SQL, PL/SQL certification preferred.

Other Expectations:

• Required Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle ERP, with experience in Service Contracts, Field Service, Install Base, and Customer Master TCA.
• Beneficial Skills: Knowledge of Java Full Stack development.
