Oracle Financial Technical Lead/Programmer
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financial Technical Lead/Programmer to drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative Oracle Financial systems, enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our client's organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, expert communication, and a deep understanding of financial systems to improve processes and ensure system alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Financial solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.) to define system needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Research and implement improvements to financial operations and system processes.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, delivering regular updates and managing project timelines.
- Analyze and document system requirements and business processes.
- Build strong relationships with partners for optimized system integration and respond to inquiries from managers and executives.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Oracle ERP Financials (Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit Collections, Revenue Recognition, General Ledger).
- Solid understanding of accounting processes (Revenue, Cost, Deferral).
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, PL/SQL, and relevant Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Strong business analysis skills, with a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Proven project management experience and user testing expertise.
- Ability to simplify complex business challenges and present effective solutions.
- 5 years of experience in business process design and process improvement.
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Oracle 11i Financials/Accounting.
- Knowledge of finance and contract management processes.
