Front Desk Receptionist /Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls, schedule appointments, and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greeting visitors and clients, professionally and determining the nature and purpose of their visit
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Provide quick, personalized, and efficient service to all guests from arrival till departure.
  • Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare correspondence, mail, message, and courier deliveries appropriately
  • Basic clerical duties such as printing, making copies, faxing, filing documents, scanning, etc.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms,etc)
  • Stocking and keep inventory of office supplies
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist and/or office experience (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Word Perfect: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Language: English (Required); Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Experience with Landlord/Tenancy is a plus

Salary : $16 - $18
