What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist /Office Assistant position at Amadeo & Miller?
Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls, schedule appointments, and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Greeting visitors and clients, professionally and determining the nature and purpose of their visit
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Provide quick, personalized, and efficient service to all guests from arrival till departure.
- Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare correspondence, mail, message, and courier deliveries appropriately
- Basic clerical duties such as printing, making copies, faxing, filing documents, scanning, etc.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms,etc)
- Stocking and keep inventory of office supplies
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist and/or office experience (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Word Perfect: 1 year (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Language: English (Required); Spanish is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to learn quickly
- Experience with Landlord/Tenancy is a plus
Salary : $16 - $18
