About Our District
Our unified P-12 district serves approximately 4,300 students and comprises the Amador County Unified School District and the Amador County Office of Education. We are situated in the heart of the Gold Country within the Sierra Nevada Foothills, near San Francisco, Sacramento, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe.
