This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and collaboration with key partners to achieve business objectives and ensure product quality and delivery.
What's Expected from you (Job Responsibilities)
- Build strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient supply chain operations.
- Develop and execute a supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and growth plans.
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure all products or materials meet company standards.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as disruptions, quality issues, or price fluctuations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular supplier audits to drive continuous improvement.
