Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and a passion for creating visually compelling content across various platforms. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard design software and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that all designs align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive designs that meet project objectives.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Figma, and other design tools to produce high-quality visual content.
• Implement web design principles to enhance user experience on digital platforms.
• Execute typesetting and layout design for various projects, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential.
• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including layout design and typesetting.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
