Luxury Med Spa and Plastic surgery center seeks a friendly, outgoing, well-organized front desk receptionist to join our incredible team. The person in this position is responsible for greeting clients and visitors, alerting staff regarding patient arrivals, answering phones, and helping maintain an on-time schedule.
Experience in a Med Spa or plastic surgery practice or a related field, and a polished, professional appearance required. Top candidates are compassionate, warm, friendly and enjoy working as a team and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive disposition.
Experience with Nextech patient software is a huge plus.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Top-notch organizational skills
Microsoft Office
Two years of customer service experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Core responsibilities include:
Answer phones in a professional manner, routing calls as necessary
Greet patients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Schedule and confirm appointments
Provide excellent customer service
Sales (ability to get new patient callers to schedule a consult)
Scanning and filing documents
Provide accurate information in-person and via text
