POSITION OVERVIEW
The Revenue Manager will oversee all aspects of revenue management. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing overall revenue and profitability through strategic pricing and inventory management, ensuring that the resort achieves optimal financial performance while maintaining our commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing overall revenue and profitability through strategic pricing and inventory management, ensuring that the resort achieves optimal financial performance while maintaining our commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute effective pricing strategies across all revenue streams (rooms, dining, spa, activities, etc.) based on market demand, competition, and resort positioning.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest booking patterns to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Generate and present detailed weekly revenue reports. Lead weekly business review meetings.
- Assist with preparing annual budgets.
- Utilize revenue management systems IdeasG3, property management systems and business intelligence tools to drive data-based decisions to manage room inventory, optimize revenue, and occupancy.
- Forecast revenue and set targets in collaboration with senior management, presenting regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional strategies, packages, and campaigns that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Implement and maintain revenue management best practices and processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and analysis to stay ahead of market trends and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Optimize distribution channels and manage relationships with third-party vendors (OTAs, wholesalers, travel agents) to maximize revenue from all booking sources.
- Train and mentor team members on revenue management principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility for guest needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field or proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry, with a history of successfully driving revenue growth.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, IDeaS, RevPAR, Rate360) and MS Office applications.
- Must be able to work a full shift in an office environment. (Remote potential)
- Must have demonstrated professional communication both on the phone and in person.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Positive, engaging, and energetic personality.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations with composure.
- Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies.
- Ability to carry, push, and pull heavy loads up to 45 lbs; standing, bending, twisting, and lifting may be required.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in various climates including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Sensitive to cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Be a self-motivator and motivator of others.
- Ability to collaborate with other colleagues and maintain professional working relationships. Any relationships that could potentially pose a conflict of interest should be disclosed to HR and may require a written disclosure.
- Multi-lingual is a plus.
