Role
Amangiri is seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our Culinary team. In this full-time role, you will prepare and present high-level food items while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You'll work closely with our talented chefs to deliver exceptional cuisine to guests and staff.

You'll work closely with our talented chefs to deliver exceptional cuisine to guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate your assigned kitchen station with precision and consistency
- Execute prep tasks and food production as directed by the Sous Chef
- Ensure all mise en place is complete and up to quality standards
- Use proper recipes and presentation techniques to uphold culinary excellence
- Communicate effectively with the Culinary leadership team about needs or issues
- Accommodate guest dietary or special requests with attention to detail
- Label, date, and store all food products properly at the end of shift
- Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members across all shifts to ensure continuity and quality
- Maintain a professional demeanor and reflect the high standards of Aman
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, holidays, and varied shifts
- Food Safety Certification required
- Highly organized and capable of working independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with poise and precision
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness
- Sensitive to cultural diversity and hospitality standards
- Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
