We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team at Amangiri, located in Canyon Point, Utah. This role reports to the Reservations Manager and plays a key part in delivering seamless service to our guests throughout the entire reservation process.

Role
We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team at Amangiri, located in Canyon Point, Utah. This role reports to the Reservations Manager and plays a key part in delivering seamless service to our guests throughout the entire reservation process.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound reservation enquiries, including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and billing.
- Ensure all forthcoming guest information is gathered and communicated during the initial conversation.
- Maintain a high standard of call compliance and guest interaction.
- Provide timely follow-up to guest concerns and share relevant information with other departments.
- Answer all phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a call score average of 90% or higher.
- Record guest preferences and update guest history databases.
- Stay informed of resort offerings and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace and adhere to grooming standards.
- Comply with all internal policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms.
- Experience with Opera or similar reservations systems is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in reservations or administrative roles is preferred.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage pressure and remain composed in challenging situations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work both indoors and outdoors in varying climates.
- Capable of lifting and carrying loads of up to 45 lbs.
- Sensitivity to cultural differences.
- Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
