Responsibilities :

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Engaging with prospective buyers and sellers via phone, text, and email—turning leads into appointments.
• Building relationships and uncovering needs—your job is to listen, ask great questions, and connect clients to the right agent.
• Working in a dynamic, team-oriented sales environment where motivation, persistence, and drive are rewarded.
