We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caterer/Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events, ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the culinary team and event coordinators to deliver high-quality food and beverage service in various settings, including banquets, hotels, and restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Provide bartending services as needed, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails.
- Assist in the preparation of food items as required by the culinary team.
- Handle customer service issues promptly and effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Experience in guest relations and providing excellent customer service is highly valued.
- Familiarity with banquet service styles and culinary terminology is a plus.
- Bartending experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
