Amano Restaurant Group recently purchased and renovated an old bank building that will house three distinct concepts: AMANO, CÁN, and Los Hoyos.
Amano is the flagship craft Mexican food and cocktail experience that has earned 3 James Beard Best Chef Semifinalist Nominations as well as a Finalist for the Mountain West Region is 2023. This concept celebrates regional dishes and wine through Mexico and popular Mexican culture through its loteria menu cocktail program.
CÁN, the newest concept, is a Mexican speakeasy that celebrates Mexican art culture alongside food, remedios, and spirits. Cán is short for Michoacán, where our Chef, Salvador Alamilla is from.
The last concept is a counter-service lunch concept that will serve fast food, cooked slow, in traditional in-ground barbacoa pits.
We are looking for fine dining servers to guide our guests through these unique memorable experiences specifically for AMANO. With the growth of this restaurant group, there are possibilities for growth! They will focus on the technicalities of each step of service and the entire customer experience. We want our staff from hosts to management to create a kind of magic in the room, a feel-good atmosphere for our guests.
At AMANO, we also have an extensive training program to assure our servers are ready for the experiences they create for our guests and are confident in their roles to do so.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional fine dining service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in serving techniques and etiquette in a high-end dining setting.
- Utilize knowledge of menu items and wine pairings to make recommendations.
- Uphold standards of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Handle cash, card, gift card transactions with accuracy
- Uphold food safety practices and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
