The firms expected hiring range for this position is $100,000 $205,000 per year depending on the candidates geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidates experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. Property and Technology Practice , Patent Development and Strategies for Palo Alto office
The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Candidates who have litigation, opinions, licensing, patent due diligence, and / or trademark experience are preferred, but not required. Candidates must have a EE, CS, or ME degree. All candidates must be registered with the USPTO.
