As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including financial reconciliation, guest services, and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reconciliation:
- Balance daily revenue and expenses.
- Reconcile guest accounts and credit card charges.
- Prepare and analyze daily reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Guest Services:
- Check in and check out guests.
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- System Maintenance:
- Update and maintain hotel systems and software.
- Troubleshoot system issues and errors.
- Back up and secure important data.
- Security:
- Monitor security cameras and alarms.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Respond to security incidents as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably as a front desk agent or night auditor.
