Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits administration.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and management.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
