Key responsibilities:
- Give medication as prescribed by the physician
- Take vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
- Give injections of medication and provide immunizations
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide social support and companionship
- Any other applicable tasks and responsibilities

Qualifications
- Active LPN License in PA
- 1.5 - 2 years of nursing experience
