Job Summary:

The Production Integration Engineer is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of all production processes and systems. This role involves close collaboration with design and production teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with project specifications. Additionally, the engineer defines and plans LRU bench testing, designs and plans production test equipment, provides training, and maintains quality control over subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Overseeing the integration of production processes and systems.

· Coordinating with design and production and manufacturing teams to optimize workflows.

· Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

· Monitoring and reporting on integration progress and issues.

· Developing and defining LRU bench testing.

· Planning and designing production test equipment.

· Overseeing and managing subcontractors to ensure quality control.
